Slow to Flow Haha with Melissa

This is a gentle class designed to increase range of motion, improve balance and to regain strength in those 50 and up. Each 90-minute class may incorporate breath work, meditation, gentle stretching, and restorative poses. Props are used to make the poses more accessible with an emphasis on alignment. A supportive and intelligent approach to gently opening the body, learning to breathe more efficiently and relieving the mind of stress and tension.
