Yin Yang Yoga Mix is a special designed sequence, which combines active asanas (strength building) and passive asanas (relaxing) with Pranayama (breathing) and meditation. This class works to strengthen the muscles, build balance, stretch and relax. This class is suited for all level of practitioners. You will leave feeling strong, balanced and grounded.
