Thursdays at 7:00pm – 8:15pm

This class is practiced in a Warm Infrared Heated Room. Bring a pillow, bolster or blanket. Warm Yin Yoga is a specific approach to yoga that works on a very deep level to awaken the connective tissue of your body, also known as fascia by holding passive poses for 3 – 5 minutes. The stillness in each pose works the deep layers and targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body. The heat generated by the Infrared Heat will help to detoxify your body. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed and grounded. Warm Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to a more active asana practice. A great way to end your day.
