Steven began taking yoga after his decade long hockey career in Europe. In 2004 Steven discovered yoga and found it helped to heal and rebuild strength in his ankle that he had seriously injured while playing hockey. As his love for yoga began to grow he decided to deepen his practice and take his 200 hr YTT. His passion for travel took him to Costa Rica were he studied Vinyasa Yoga and graduated in 2013. Steven creates a fun atmosphere in his class by balancing the keys elements of Vinyasa. Strength building postures, flexibility, endurance and upbeat funky vibes….
Steven would say if asked, what do you love most about the practice? “It brings a sense of calm to my life.”
