Gentle Yoga –Tuesday and Thursday
Tuesday with Tamara 9:30- 11:00 and Thursday with Jane 9:30 – 11:00
A healthy back is essential to your overall well being. This class will focus on breath to calm the mind and creating open space in the body. We will work on developing strong yet flexible muscles to bring energy back into the areas of the body that hold tension. This class will gently build from basic to more advanced as the student starts to feel more comfortable in their practice. Some of the most simple yoga poses are the most effective for back care. Using props to assist and guide the body safely into postures will help the student relax and enjoy as they build a practice for a healthy mind and body.
